This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) while there are 2 monsters of the same Type on your side of the field. Once per turn, while this card is face-up on the field you can discard 1 card then declare 1 Type of monster; this card is treated as monster of that Type until your next Standby Phase. All face-up monsters with the same Type as this monster gain 500 ATK.

with monsters being able to change types and boost ATK/DEF with no cost, i really don't see the need for it. it's a Lv 5 monster that will boost its own ATK to 2000...not OP at all, even if special summon.

I knowthat is not OP. Any suggestions for the card?...

You could change the effect so far, that you change the attribute of every card on the field or only on one site of the field, that you can decide.
You can block every deck if you say ok I change everything on my opponents field into light and then play Light-Imprisoning Mirror. 
Then you can enjoy the duel while you opponent is raging XD

I wouldn't overact, because many decks have more than one monster types. But you can use it in some decks (including Watt) as a boost.^^
