I thought it'd give dragons a boost in Fusion use. I originally came up with it trying to get Dragun out but realized that Lord of D is such a sucky card, sadly. I can pitch this, get Dragon's Mirror, use Dragon Shrine to dump Ragnarok and another dragon and bam, Dragun easily while keeping the deck pure dragons. I did find it weird how none of the substitute monsters were dragons.

nice card man, but i see it as a better version of king of the swamp (not that i don't mind it, being a fusion player myself) and i could see it get abused hardcore in any dragon deck. that being said, it would make people want to run fusions again, which i am all for. now all dragons need is a parallel world fusion (when e-drags get hit by the banhammer of course lol)

If you ask me, adding "Polymerization" is kinda unnecessary, as this card is a fusion substitute that will be in the graveyard anyway after you searched for "Dragon's Mirror".
And as soon as XxDragoulxX's dragons are ingame, your hand cards will be too precious to use them for a fusion^^

@dragoul: was initially trying to make an all normal dragon deck, that was kinda slow, so i tossed in King of the Swamp, which failed when I didn't have a Dragon's Mirror, but sometimes I'd also have enough to 5 God with all of the dragons I drew off of the draw power in the deck, but lacked Poly. That's when I tried Rag and LoD and yadda, yadda, yadda...this card. It was intended to help any dragon deck out those. Dragon's Mirror needed a searcher lol I can't wait to see your dragons, vb99 mentioned, in action
