Which aren't possible?
I mean, Exodia, Final Countdown, Deuce, Last Turn and Horakhey are the main issues when it comes to those effects. If only these would be stopped, that would enough (maybe insta-destroy Disaster Leo if it ever makes it into the game).
I think Exodia should be possible, at least the second solution (banishing it and making it unaffected by all other cards, shuffeling it into the deck if the card is removed from the field).
Horakhey... maybe some modified version of "Prohibition"?
Last turn should be negateable and Deuce.
But how to beat final countdown?
Maybe you can create some kind of reverse Pyro Clock of Destiny...
Then it would act like this:
Exodia get's removed: Trigger, then permanent (so that cards like "Knight of Destiny" can save you 1 round)
Horakhey: Permanent
Last Turn: Forced Trigger whenever Last Turn is activated
Deuce: Permanent
Final Countdown: At the beginning of the end phase.
