You can only use the effect of "Ultimate Evolution Lab" once per turn. you can use this effect twice per turn if there is a face-up "Kozaky" on the field.

Initial concept for this card's creation?

i dont know lol just felt like something new plus it supports a few decks and i might make an archetype that can use it later on

that 'kozaky' part had me like, "What's he planning?" lol
