up until recently outlaw worked just fine for me. Last week it just stopped loading. I have re-downloaded it multiple times and have had the same result. When I open outlaw it ask for the cards datebase after i locate the database the screen just flashes and nothing happens. I had this same problem with 1.8. it worked for a while then 1 day would no longer load. it never worked with 1.8 again. when 1.9 came out it worked. I have also moved outlaw to the devpro folder. When it is in that folder it has never asked me for the cards database and it run perfectly. I have also re-downloaded devpro.

outlaws card manager isnt made for devpro its made for ygopro if you want a devpro one you need to use buttys devpro card manager

I've only used it for the anime card images. Not the card Creator I also downloaded ygopro. It has always worked for the images for both. Now it doesn't load for either one. Windows 8 just flashes when I run it and it never loads

Ok I know it has issues running fully on win 8 I will see what I can do when I get my win 8 laptop tomorrow can't do anything ATM as my stupid computer blew up on me and won't turn on
