You can Tribute 1 monster you control; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with the same type and attribute but 1 or 2 Levels higher than the monster you just Tributed. That Monster Gains the following effect •This card gains ATK equal to its level x 100. This card cannot attack directly the turn it is summoned. You can only use the effect of "Ultimate Evolution Lab" once per turn. you can use this effect twice per turn if there is a face-up "Kozaky" on the field.

i dont know lol just felt like something new plus it supports a few decks and i might make an archetype that can use it later on
