Look at you're opponent's hand, choose 1 card and remove it from play, then shuffle the others into your opponent's deck. And he/her draws cards qual to the ammont she shuffled. You can ony use a Millenium Eye's Trick Once Per Duel

This screws your opponent badly! No LP cost for an effect that's stronger than Confiscation then a forced hand reset? How about having them to draw until they're holding 6 cards?

they only would draw 4 if u do this on ur first turn. then when its their turn they draw and draw 5. so its like nothing happened just tht u didn't draw tht turn

only if you pulled this your first turn and that you went first. they could have just 1 card in hand by your first turn and it'd make you question if you really want to banish that 1 card bad enough.

other's here? I'm still learning. I've made a nice chunk of cards so far, almost completing my own Archetype, but the more complex effects are still way beyond me as of right now, but once you catch on it doesn't take much to run with things. Download Mackpro, go to this site for a tutorial http://www.ygopro.co/tabid/95/g/posts/t/120/Adding-cards-to-YGOPro--Tutorial.aspx and play around with things until what you're seeing clicks. Start off with simple card effects, then with cards that target and notice what lines do what and why. Then after while you can start combining effects or manipulating old ones. I've only been doing it for a month now and this is the best advice I can give you. But Outlaw has a book and a .lua script generator coming one of these days, so you'll be good to go in no time.

i think it's pretty broken, no lp cost, free banish, opponent hand reset. also the fact that it can only be used once makes it a dead draw after first use
