I installed you mackpro fix after i got the update message and it gave me this error message. Could i have some help?

try running as admin also make sure that the mackpro launcher process is closed

So here's the new problem after that. I'm not sure what's up. I even tried reinstalling the program and the mackpro fix and still nothing. I got the program working flawlessly before but now not so much.
