Usually, your opponent's cards are not going to help you much, outside of being extremely sacky and drawing your opponent's Dark Hole/TT for them. Still, this does give you two cards, for whatever discarding purposes or bluffs you may want. It could see some play in a silly Deck or in a Deck where the player intentionally "forgets" to give the cards back after the duel, but it still won't be all that useful.

I don't think that this card makes sense enough to be considered even a fake card, nevertheless, It's fun.

I don't know what I would do if I was running Dragons and drew into a BLS from my opponents lightsworns, but it's good to know they don't have it.

the main reason for this card is to stop your opponent having the cards but it can also help you depending on the opponents deck like i got leviamons magical mallet with it to shuffle his other card and 2 of mine to draw 3 from mine
