Infinity Takeover Aura

You remember the card combo Team New World pulled off against 5ds=?

In my eyes, while the idea was good, two cards are 1 too much.
So I present you the following idea:

Infinity Takeover Aura
Continuous Trap
Whenever your lifepoints are reduced, place 1 "Spellstone"-Counter on this face up card for every 100 reduced (rounded up). During either players end phase, once per duel, you can remove all "Spellstone"-Counters from your side of the field togain 100 Life Points for each counter removed, and if you do, banish all "Infinity Takeover Aura" you control. This effect cannot be negated.

I think this card might be useful for Psychic-Decks and other Decks that heavily focus on paying LP for effects, but it could also be great for stall decks.
Any thoughts?

You'll just have to hit them hard I suppose, or deal with an opponent with (at average max) 15,999 lp (unless they're playing that and some lp gaining deck lol) ;s.

This card would be so troll in tag duels or duels with a large amount of LP at start, especially if you get multiple out.

Only the Anime Tag Duels would it not be so bad since each player has their own Field and LP. Unless I missed something on how they worked. confused

Yeah, it's one of these cards that are annoying if you don't deal with them quickly. Like Wave-Motion-Cannon^^

799950001 LP would be the maximum you can get out in a tag, if you abuse the anime version of the wicked avatar really hard^^

Any LP disadvantage would be wiped out for decks that are focused on paying LP XD
I don't know, what artworks the two cards had, but I tried to draw the violate aura in that overworked image^^'
