When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Attack Position monster on the field; change it to face-up Defense Position, and if you do, it loses 500 DEF. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Draw 2 cards.

Just a silly draw engine for Warrior Toolbox Decks so that you can wish that United We Stand didn't suck so goshdarned much.

In testing, it's frustrating to pull off, but if you can get a kill with this (UWS is ok, Shrink is ok, Riryoku is pretty neat), it's very nice. The problem is getting it to go off twice.

mage power or axe of despair as well?

Mage Power is pretty much inferior to UWS from the lower gain. You could try to counteract the smaller gains by running more backrow stuff, but then you'll be running less monsters.

Axe of Despair won't help enough. 2200 is nice for a no-Tribute monster, but it's still very easy to climb over. And then there's MST, which outright trolls Equips to the point of near extinction.
