I noticed that despite this site being centered around custom card duels for ygopro, there are no tutorials on it so i decided to post the tutorials by Jackmoonward here, they helped me a lot and i'm sure they will help you guys out too.

It's incomplete, but it is somewhat new, so you can probably post questions there and get them answered.

Hey, I've tested an archetype I made by putting slips of papers with names in sleeves, and I SUCK at LUA entirely, even after watching the tutorials and whatnot. 

I have a HUGE favor to ask. Could you take a look at this link with my Archetype in it and give me a generalized idea of how I would LUA the effects? I mean, you said you were pretty decent at it and I take your word for it, so if you could help me understand how I would go about making the codes for this particular kind of archetype, I would be MUCH appreciative!

That would be the Archetype. It is called the Untouchables, and when I say it is a solid, well mannered and balanced Archetype, I absolutely mean it!

Ok, I may sound like a dick now, but could you please post what the effects on the list actually do?

I mean, I get basic things like "cannot_bp", but what does "public" mean for an effect?

The thing is, while I know what I can insert, it still doesn't help ma as I can't say what the effects actually do...

Too much for me...I'll pay someone to add my custom cards to Ygopro.

If you type up the written effect to show us we can help.  Also you'll be hard pressed to find someone to help you the way you're acting no matter how much money you give them.

I'm acting weird???
I AM willing. In fact I've tried for hours and hours for multiple days and still nothing works.....
And I did write down the effects. And I don't need all 200+ cards, just 40.
